Have your party on the farm with pony rides for your guests
Service Description
Your party will have a 2 hour time block with 1.5 hours for pony rides where we will lead your guests on our horses/ponies and 30 minutes for you to have food/cake/presents. We provide horses, saddles, helmets, table, pop up shelter and seating. Every person attending the party must sign a waiver. The number of people you pay for is the number who we will provide pony/horseback rides to. (For example - if you have a group of five children who are riding and you have an additional 10 family/friends attending, you would select the select the 8 person party; however please note that party includes 8 chairs. You are welcome to bring more chairs or we can provide more for an additional fee. We do need a waiver signed even for the people who are attending but not riding. Up to 8 people riding: we will provide 2 horses, 1 eight foot table, 1 10x10 pop up shelter and 8 chairs - $250 9-12 people riding: 3 horses, 1 8' table, 1 10x10 shelter and 12 chairs - $325 13-16 people riding: 4 horses, 2 8' tables, 2 10x10 shelters, 16 chairs - $425 17-20 people riding: 5 horses, 2 8' tables, 2 10x10 shelters, 20 chairs - $500
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the of scheduling the party. With 48 hours notice we may be able to adjust the number of guests UP but we cannot adjust the number of guests DOWN. In case of inclement weather we will work with you to make a decision if we should go ahead or reschedule. Please know that we do not have an indoor facility for horseback riding so while your guests may stay dry under pop up shelters, the horseback riding portion is in the weather. Weekend availability is limited and inconsistent due to horse show schedules. Please reach out to us to coordinate a time. Other than for weather we generally do not allow any rescheduling. Absolutely no refunds or rescheduling for no shows.
