Refund Policy

Trail Rides and Lessons

Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice result in a rescheduled lesson, while cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeit of the lesson fee/trail fee unless there are exceptional circumstances like sickness or emergencies. No-shows are charged the full price with no refund.

Summer Program

Generally there are no refunds for the summer program.

If you notify us 5 calendar days before the first day you would like a refund for AND we are able to fill the spot we will provide a refund. 

Cancellations with less than 5 calendar days will result in no refund.
