Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us prior to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of inclement weather or other emergencies/sickness with less than 24 hours notice please contact us via phone or text 860-334-6340. We will also monitor weather conditions and may contact you to reschedule if necessary. If rescheduling doesn't work we will issue a refund. No shows with no communication will be charged the full amount -no reschedule/no refund. For Riding: If a rider is scared to mount the horse or has physical limitations we will work with them to ensure the best experience. If the rider refuses to mount the horse and does not ride we do not offer a refund. ASTM/SEI certified equine helmets must be worn by all riders. No hats are permitted under helmets. We provide helmets which we sanitize after use. If the rider refuses to wear a helmet the lesson can only continue on the ground (unmounted) and there are no refunds for riders who refuse to wear a helmet.
