Service Description
Rides are typically around 90 minutes from arrival to departure but due to variability in time to get saddled up and speed of group please allow for 2 hours. Maximum of 3 riders in group. Please book using our form linked above. You can use this site to see session availability prior to requesting a time through our form.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us or complete online prior to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of inclement weather or other emergencies/sickness with less than 24 hours notice please contact us via phone or text. We will also monitor weather conditions and may contact you to reschedule if necessary. No shows with no communication will be charged the full amount -no reschedule/no refund. For Riding: If a rider is scared to mount the horse or has physical limitations we will work with them to ensure the best experience. If the rider refuses to mount the horse and does not ride we do not offer a refund. ASTM/SEI certified equine helmets must be worn by all riders. No hats are permitted under helmets. We provide helmets which we sanitize after use. If the rider refuses to wear a helmet the lesson can only continue on the ground (unmounted) and there are no refunds for riders who refuse to wear a helmet.
